Please note we do not currently deliver outside the UK Mainland.
1. Mainland UK.
To keep things simple we provide one single delivery method, which is a courier service at a fixed cost of £6.00 per order. This applies to orders under £75.00, for orders over £75.00, delivery is FREE!
Whilst we don't generally deliver outside of the U.K. mainland, should you wish to place an order which requires delivery outside the U.K. Mainland please contact us and we will endeavour to fulfil your order, however, the delivery costs will be quotable at that time.
2. We endeavour to initiate delivery within 24 hours of receiving cleared funds (Mon - Fri), however, at peak times this may rise to 48 hours.
3. The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. So please ensure that the delivery address is correct as we are not responsible for non-receipt of goods due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address information provided by the customer.
4. Orders will be delivered as per the requested delivery option provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays).
5. If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under Pennine Food Ingredients Ltd. control then Pennine Food Ingredients Ltd. will inform you as soon as possible.
6. If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations then Pennine Food Ingredients Ltd. shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. On exercising your right to cancel you shall be required to return the goods to Pennine Food Ingredients Ltd., Unit 5 - 8 Wellington Business Centre, Quebec Street, Elland, West Yorkshire, HX5 9AS. Should you fail to return the goods, then Pennine Food Ingredients Ltd. reserves the right to deduct any direct costs incurred by the Supplier in retrieving the goods as a result of such failure.
7. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, Pennine Food Ingredients Ltd. will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, Pennine Food Ingredients Ltd. will inform you as soon as possible.
8. Upon receipt of your order you may be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
Returns and Refunds
If you need to return a product purchased from Pennine Food Ingredients Ltd., you have
10 working days to do so and you must make a RMA request first (Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorisation).
Before doing so, please ensure that returned goods are in a re-saleable condition the goods should be returned with their original "undamaged box" or packaging.
To make an RMA request, please log into your account and select ‘Review previous orders’ Click the RMA link at the end of the order line.
Complete the RMA form, by indicating the reason for the RMA request, and any other special comments you wish to make and the click the ‘Continue’ button to submit your request.
All RMA requests are processed within 48 hours, so please await RMA approval and information on what to do next.
